PA 12 ipod unit?

howzit errbody, i just received my pa12 unit i bought from a member here, but i think he forgot to put in the y connection, do i really need this part?
cuz i really want to put it in already, if not can i get one from anywhere else?

I think you need it because it converts whatever the plug is on the PA12 into your CD changer output/input on your headunit, It's been awhile since I've looked at it so I'm not 100% sure. You can call up USA Spec and they should be able to provide you with a replacement one.

Yeah after looking at some of the pictures for my install, you do need it.
