RR spotted at same dealership in Gonzales la

Saw a bps there couple weeks ago looks like it is sold, week later I see a RR in same spot looks all stock and I think a drop ( only can get glimpse of it)
In front of ledets dealership across from Walmart
Anyone on here is the old owner?
