Then this big guy went on:
And heres a newer one with the C38, dusty as hell though. Ill clean er up and get a new one:
Man, really impressive ketchup.
Hey it looks like there are different APR x-1's out there design wise, some say APR on them on some don't.
Anyone got good close-up shots of the URD Uconn EMS, bracket,....whole kit...
Nice pictures here, mine looks so simple compared to a lot of others here. I'm starting to like the gloss paint valve cover look more and more.
Man, I so need that big blowa!!
If only we can figure out a way to get the dealership to pay for it...lol
Ketchup, in this picture, whats going on with your intake pipe where the 4 clamps are? Mines all one piece there. Did yours have to be cut at some point?
Many of the Mk1 folks installed a TRD radiator instead of the one included in the system. When you do that you have ton run a billet grill and space the intake forward for clearance.
You have to do the same thing to run the URD TCAI with the TRD supercharger.
I love the way ketchup's looks......*drools*
What kind of engine is that gadget?
Ohh ok I didn't know he was using the trd radiator. Makes sense now. I'd like to do that to mine too in the future.
The first one is a 5VZ-FE 3.4L V6 Twin Turbo.
The second one is the new version of the 1GR-FE with the dual VVTi.
With a twin screw charger bolted on the top....
^if I ever do a transplant to my x, once it retires from its dd woes....this is what it's gonna get. Forget the ls1. 5.0 all the way.
The 5.0 is available as a turn key crate engine.
Lots of off road folks are using them now. Comes with ECU and everything needed to run it.
Whos Twin Screw charger is that?
URD R&D
