thanks for the comments i used foam to shape it then fiberglassed it and started a long 8hr journey of smoothing sanding priming and wet sanding finished it today have maybe 12hr start to finish ...now to figure out what to do with the bumper................and yes she's still for sale $12,000 w/ 15k miles
