very nice bro! how did you extend the grill? it looks like you separated the face from the housing and, tilted it forward, then filled in the gap? :hmmmm2:

it looks very agrressive, can't wait for the final pics! :top:

yup, thats what i did. i used fiberglass to fill in the blank areas and then a crap load of bondo to make everything smooth.

looks good Bro, your definitely gonna have to do the bumper now
i wouldnt even know where to begin with a bumper. this grill has taken alot of time so i'm sure the bumper would just be insane.

I take back my previous statement. Your design is similar to the TRD XR grill but a little different. I actually like it. I bet sanding is a little irritating huh? Haha!

i'm going to be a bold one and fab up my own bumper one of these days. since i have a base model reg cab, i figured i'd do a lot of different and wild things to my truck since i got the el cheapo truck. i'm going to have a couple phases for mods for my truck. phase 1 will be modifying the truck w/ a lot of home made fiberglass parts. phase 2 will occur when i get done paying off the truck and get another daily driver. phase 2 will consist of bagging the truck and doing a Lexus GX front end conversion
