Spare tire?

Is it normal to have a Stock wheel as a spare? I would've expected a steel spare instead. Did I just get lucky or is this normal?

It's normal they all have a full size spare identical to all the other wheels.

Yes. just to clarify, the 09 and up have the black spare with no TPMS sensor. 05 to 08 have the same wheel and tire as on the truck.

On my 06, I had the tpms sensor go off becuase the spare was low :thumbdown:

The spare's TPMS is almost always the one to trigger the system!
Also, the 05-08 spare is white on the inside of the rim...

weird...i thought the white was some kind of fading.

I think the white is the primmer. I have fixed and painted one of my wheels and it was white under the silver.
