I installed one of these with a new clutch last weekend. I think I may be the first as I sent Gadget a bunch of install pics.

I opted to do it instead of the sleeve because my old TO bearing had been squeaking for 60k miles and I had no idea what the quill looked like.

Once the trans is out, installation is very simple. The clutch pedal travel went from feeling like I was pushing around a boat anchor to buttery smooth. The bearing made a bit of a hum/whine at first, but seems to have quieted down. I attribute that to a slightly out of spec bearing over anything in the kit itself.

As always, fit and finish on everything was top notch. Would definitely recommend.
