trans service help!

i just received my order from amsoil and i was wondering if i could change the trans oil even if i been using the truck all morning, or is it best to let it sit and change it tomorrow once the oil settles down?...

It's always better to change oils when they're hot so that it will drain quicker and more of it comes out
