Anyone know the torque specs for the pulleys on the trd supercharger ? I need the tq specs for both the ribbed (2.60") and non ribbed idler that is on the plate right under the blower snout. Because the pulleys come on the plate already in the kit there is no mention of the tq specs on them.

I'd venture a guess it's the same as the idlers on the front of the block....I don't have those specs either but I'd bet that would be plenty.

The bracket torque is or 28 mm or 21 ft pounds. If the Pulley bolts are the same size as the bracket bolts you are safe using the same torque. Other install torque specks are 25nm or 18 ft pounds for a M8 size bolt.

Thanks, i'm trying to diagnose something wrong in the pulley /belt system. I'm getting rubber material on the non ribbed idler pulley on the trd supercharger bracket. The tension seems good on the tensioner so something else in the system is causing heat/friction.
