so how many hp can we gain by doing this with a n/a motor?

On a N/A Motor it's going to be factored on what other mods you have and making all of them work in sync making the motor more efficient thus creating more power. I don't think you'd gain much by just slapping on a UCON without other mods on a N/A Motor.
