Will installing a lowering kit void the warranty? And what is the best lowering kit available for an everyday driver? Or is a air ride suspension the better way to go. I'm looking at the sittin sic kits or a custom air suspension from air ride technologies. Any suggestions?

Personally, I dont care for full air rides.
There are many ways to lower it, djm seems extreme for an everyday driver.
Anything past 1.5-1.75 in. low in the front (non-djm) won't be able to be aligned for optimum tire life. The sos kit can be aligned, many others can be aligned to factory spec, but that may be at an extreme end of the range which could still eat the inside of the front tires of an everyday driver.
Blocks in the back or lowering leafs. Nothing beyond 2in unless you notch the frame. Also if you do 2in or more, an air bag assist kit will help tremendously if you carry things inthe bed.

No it's won't void the warranty UNLESS something that is done or non-oem causes a failure. Then they can deny the claim. Such as you lower the back with blocks and you have an engine problem. Unless the blocks caused the problem, no issue.
