What is my 08 worth?

Just bought a 08 Xrunner from a friend. My friend can no longer drive due to health issues. The truck only has 27k miles on it. Interior is clean, engine and trans solid. However, my friend got in a minor fender bender and let the body shop put a non OEM front fender on it. No rust, I had all the scratches dings and dents taken out. Used OEMpaint. How much value do I lose for aftermarket fender?

Was it reported to insurance and/or carfax? It is always worth what someone is willing to pay, however KBB can get it close.
