I use my truck as a truck even with the full sittin' sic suspension! I have the composite leafs in the rear and here are some of things I've carried!
1. Pallet of Sod
2. 7 bags of concrete and 5 rolls of chain link
3. All the posts , top rail and hardware to install 250ft of Chain link.
4. 200 lanscape timbers .... 4 trips 50 at a time
5. 35 2gal roses and garden soil
6. today 22 2x6x10's 4 2x6x12's .... 6 concrete 4x8x16's and 6 bags of 40lbs morton salt
7. 60 bags of rock two trips of 30
8. 25 bags of mulch and 30 lava rock

and my project list is far from over . All in all I'd say these leafs are pretty strong lol

Oh and I just bought a curt class 3 trailer hitch with accessories one thing left is to buy a trailer!

Just don't let them see any wheel hop.......trust me they don't last long. If u do get wheel hop and have the composites make sure u get a trac bar before u destroy the leafs:top:

Other then that, the heaviest thing I've had in my bed is a piece of cardboard

200 miles from Reno to Manteca with a load of smoking wood. Just above level with the bed. QA-1's bumped up to 10. :top:

Mine did okay but 2 years of an 800 lb load with potholes, aggressive driving and a fat chick once ultimately defeated them and they delaminated and cracked.

While I don't have composites, the most I've carried with my QA1s was 30 landscaping blocks @ 25lbs each (750lbs). I think I had them on 10 carrying that load with no issues. As you guys know I also tow the jet skis which is a 2000lb load on 11 with no bottoming out and a reasonably comfortable ride.

I did the same thing, and even snapped a before and after pic. These are stock shocks, only SS composite leafs (prototype).

I'm still running these to this day (with cal-tracs) and can't be more satisfied.

~40 blocks at about 20-25 lbs a piece

I had a fat chick orgy and broke my axle. Still rides good though. :top:

On a real note, I've carried a ishload of concrete, lumber, and people in the back of the X before and never had a problem with anything. I think the truck likes it.
