Let me know when you start selling these things. I bought an x runner that has a wratched kit, and I'm not about to chuck over 3 grand to toyota to replace it. So just keep me posted. Thanks.

Cool idea. I was searching rear diffusers after I saw someone install a vortex generator on their roof. Just keep thinking outside the box. There are alot of diffusers for Evo's and WRX. Wonder if any of those could be grafted onto our XR's?? Just a thought.

With the body kit hanging as low as it does and the bumper and kit being shaped the way they are , any attempt at a more aero dynamic rear end would be a lot of work . The air flow channel in the middle would have to be accompanied by customed shaped panel on either side to route the air down the center. I've given thought to this after seeing the TRD XR in person. I used to have pictures of the TRD XR's rear aero including underneathe the truck.

Under the TRD XR's skirt!

Maybe these will help ?

What about something like this? This Mazda Miata was featured in SuperStreet which has a rear defuser that appears like an add-on that wasnt made for his car (I could be wrong):
http://www.superstreetonline.com/fe...ll.html#13219859749441&DISPLAYINTERSTITIAL_15

He states the defuser is from Shine Auto. After looking at Shine's website, it looks like it is the Rear Defuser for the FDRX7: http://www.shineautoproject.com/fddiffusers.htm

I saw something else that may work. Look at the pictures for the Toyota Supra MKIII. There is a black Supra that has a nice boxy looking rear defuser that we may be able to adapt to her X-Runners: http://www.shineautoproject.com/mkiii.htm - Its in the pic labeled "Sideskirts & Rear Items".

Thoughts?
