i an trying to think of any idea for a sub box that would still let me usew the back seats i have a pic that i like but not sure that what i wanna do i found the box on some random site when i was looking for ideas any one else have any box ideas or pics remember i still want to us the back seats

Man that's a unique looking box, pretty sick considering you can still flip the seats open. Taco tunes has one for like 6 bills, it extends to the floor though and will not allow access to storage compartments but you still can use seats. J strada was making boxes and may be able to hook you up. Babyboi has the layover door panels for subs. I like the way that sub box in your pic allows for seats to open up. Also doubles as arm rest. Onto the carbon wrap on the ac controls. I've been wanting to do the ac controls but decided on paint instead cause I wasn't sure how the wrap would hold up on the bumpy surface area. I'd def get some primer to insure adhesion.

How is the App Radio? I heard mixed reviews on it. I know it doesn't have the same search style as their AVH series. I'm looking at the AVH-P4400BH that I think someone on here already installed. That has the App Mode on it as well.

The new appradios are alright, the biggest problem with them imo is the interface. Its kind of wierd and a little bit laggy. But theyre not bad.

Did you want to completely use the rear seat (meaning flip them over all the way)?

Yeah, I was watching online videos of it. The interface kinda blows. But if whoever buys it is ok with it, then thats all that matters.

theres some cool thing with th app radio but i will prolly be changing it out in a yr or so
i hads the avic d 3 and hated the nav system so i wanted a differnt option for nav the the nav choice on app radio are really good
yeah the interface kinda sux but overall its pretty good but there prolly alot betteer options out there but i also got a killer deal on the head unit it was under 200 bucks

i want that box foxracinfor20, where did you find it? I've never made a box before, but I'm down for trying to do something like that! I want to both be able to have people sit and open them. I've had my eyes on Babyboi's panels but I don't have funds :frown:

i am working on making a box now i am pretty sure i am doing it in carbon fiber just started the design today not usre if i wanna used my memphis 10 or buy an 8 i had the 10 in my dc prerunner sounded great

there's hacks for the interface so you can mirror controls to your entire phone through the unit for both iphone and android

I have on word for that radio. JUNK. Nothing but trouble and problems with them. But thats my 2 cents. To each his own but i couldnt be paid to have one in my truck or car.

Ive got the app 2 in mine, if you have An i phone, its awesome, with my driod razr maxx its kinda finiky, but i can glitch it and mirror my screen and watch Netflix on it which is sweet.
