2007 Xrunner Struts
Sorry if this sounds stupid but I am a newbie to struts......I purchased a set of quick struts to replace my current ones getting some odd wear on inner side of tire the replacement struts came in but look alot longer and skinnier then the current ones installed and no lower bolt mount for brake...- Brianburkhart1

Calling all transmission issues on Xrunner
Mine had developed the bump and then the other day it blew third gear also noticed that it was getting hard to put into 1st and reverse. Trans shop said they can fix it.- Brianburkhart1

Talked to my transmission shop here and will have it towed there monday he said it sounds like third is stripped which he can fix also a new bearing and seal kit and stated still cheaper then a reman trans or new from toyota I checked on that damm 3600.00 for a manual tranny they ate smoking the...- Brianburkhart1

I am afraid I already know the answer but here goes.....My transmission seemed to be stiff going into R,1,2 and tonight I got 2 blocks from the house going from 2-3 got an extremely loud noise and felt like truck came off the ground so I idled home and parked it after I settled down went back...- Brianburkhart1

Looking at replacing my fluid with the mt90 how much should it take, it is in the shop now I had them replace my tob about 1.5 months ago then it devolved this tranny leak but i will probably put in mt90 after they fix it.- Brianburkhart1

I do have some oil underneath the truck now right on the tip of the drive shaft I had a drop getting ready to drop but the underbody is pretty well coated is there an oil seal on the dif that could of been damaged?- Brianburkhart1

Trans clunk
Just noticed a clunking in the drive train, I had the throw out bearing replaced about a month ago (the good replacement) and noticed 2 days ago in traffic when letting off the gas a low speed it would clunk then when hitting the gas it would do it again but don't really notice it when changing...- Brianburkhart1

Tire wear
Any ideas on tires I have a set of Goodtear Eage f1 Supercars but the back ones are worn slap out the center of tire is completly BALD. not the inside or outside just the center weird, And no it is not the tire pressure checked and it is 35psi all around the fronts are in great shape only have...- Brianburkhart1

throwout bearing
ya just the bearing /sleeve kit from urd it actually went into shop this A.M. for the change out funny thing is it stopped chirping the other day and no shimmy whats so ever but not taking a chance and having it replaced. I dont think the old bearing was sliding on the shaft like it was suppose...- Brianburkhart1

Hay Matt thx for the reply the truck only has 33k on it I think that's a little early for a clutch I think But I ordered the urd kit last night hopefully get it in this weekend wish it was under warranty.- Brianburkhart1

Ya its like when you start from a dead stop letting the clutch it shimmeys pretty sure its the tob I called the local dealer about putting it in and they were trying to get me not to put the kit in saying it will still squeal lol want me to get the toyota oem (redesigned) bearing ......ok from...- Brianburkhart1
