2012 backup wire location and OEM camera wiring

Yeah, I really miss them too. Used to b e so convenient to just pop in and find what you want. All that's left down here by me is Fry's, and they're a pain in the a** to deal with, and not that close either.

2012 backup wire location and OEM camera wiring

Thanks, but I ended up finding a different source; behind the glovebox. Checked it with bare wires and it worked like a charm. Just waiting for some connectors now to finish up the job.

2012 backup wire location and OEM camera wiring

2012 X-Runner with stock non JBL head unit and OEM backup camera. Installing a Pioneer AVH-X4800BS so I can get the backup camera image on the head unit. 1. After searching several forums, I've concluded that the source for tapping into the backup camera trigger wire varies from year to year...

For Sale: Xii Street Performance lowering kit

Sorry, Rabbit, truck was bought from a dealership, so no idea about previous owner. Had 52K miles on it when I bought it, but typically it's your shocks that may eventually wear out, not springs. As for brand, the Xii website says they are made by Eibach. Marking on springs are a "Y/Y" and a...

For Sale: Xii Street Performance lowering kit

These came with the truck I recently bought, but I prefer stock height, so replaced these with stock components. I have no idea how long they've been on the truck, but they are in perfect functional shape, and since these are not wear items, they should be just like new. The new kit retails...

    Going back to stock

Nope, uses a bolt, so I ended up installing an Allen head bolt and nut, and it fit perfectly into the hole in the spring seat. The QA-1s work just fine too, so thanks throwingsparksatu, but guess I won't need the stocker's after all. Truck is now back to stock, and I love it. No more...

    Going back to stock

I removed the 3" block from the rear spring, but it had a long stud that went through the springs, and a nut attaching it at the bottom. Once removed, what then should be through that hole in the springs to hold them together? In stock form, is there a bolt/nut that goes through there?
