Fully built 1GR or a nsx? Wat to choice?!

Im debating if I should fully built my bottom end and heads. So I can boost to the max with the twin turbo! Or I can just leave the truck stock twins and buy me a 92 white nsx from my older homie? Any suggestion? :) thx for looking.
