i just received my order from amsoil and i was wondering if i could change the trans oil even if i been using the truck all morning, or is it best to let it sit and change it tomorrow once the oil settles down?...

quick question to all you X-Runner gurus.... what is the difference between redline mt-90 and redline 75w-90 transmission fluid??? i know our trucks take the 75w-90 in the transmission and differential..and the MT-90 just says gear oil??? i need to change it on mine but need some advice which...
