2022 Update

Hope everyone is doing well 3 months in to the new year. Haven't posted here since mid last year so I figured I chime in. A little update on the XR. Been feeling a little OEM plus lately, so I've decided to change up the look of the front end a little. This will be the first time in a long time that I've finally bought parts for this truck. Been so distracted by my other toys (88' toyota pickup and 04" tacoma). These were the last and most recent shots of my front end before some parts were removed and sold. Looking forward to a clean, simple, subtle OEM plus look. Will be installing parts this weekend. I will post up some pictures hopefully by mid next week as well. What has everyone else been up to?

Very nice. Truck looks clean as always. I havnt really done much to my 2011. I got a high mileage stock 2006 last year that I have been using as my daily that I have been doing small things to here and there

Well as promised, put in a little bit of work this weekend. Felt good to finally touch the X-Runner again. Here's the parts that were waiting to be installed. The only picture I forgot to take is the smoked LAMIN-X fog light film to match the TRD Pro Headlights. Here's to OEM Plus!

I would love to do the same thing. My 11 is black as well, and I leave it in the garage during the winter. My 91 is dying and it would be nice to find a used X for a daily, but between my ex wife and having to file bankruptcy on the pub I used to have, it's not going to happen. So I just keep adding oil, water, and gas to it.

Why are you picking on us old timers? Either way I disapprove of color changes. As far as I'm concerned the X came in 3 colors and anything else is blasphemy.
