not the original US version is bad, but when it first came out, the MDAA or whatever thought that a young girl being trained as a hitman, killing people, and also trying to have sex with her trainer was too much.

by the way, the young girl is Natalie Portman when she is like 13-14yo

Shawshank and Saving Private Ryan are really good. I also like American Psycho, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Gacy, and all of the Texas Chainsaw Massacres.

Apocalypse Now was really good but shawshank was the only movie where after it ended i was just like "wow that was a great movie"
Its sad they don’t make too many movies of that caliber anymore

If you like Tim Robbins, try "Catch a Fire". As good as "Shawshank" was (I loved it), I think "Catch a Fire" is better. Of course you've probably seen "Bull Durham".
