Being 'in spec' with the alignment is not good enough. The spec is so wide it's rediculous. Go to a local shop with people that know what an alignment is, not just turn the bolt until the light goes green kind of alignment.

I did get an alignment when I first lowered it 5 years ago. They adjusted it to it's max. Went to a local specialty shop that specializes in alignment and camber for lowered vehicles and they told me I need a new upper control arm with an adjustable balljoint to get it back to specs.

What kind of drop do you have? Sittin Sic, C2C, SOS?

If it is the C2C, you need a better front drop, as there is no way to fully correct the negative camber.

X2 on what kind of drop you're running.

you should at least check your alignment everytime you change your tires, pretty sure it's free.

Find a trustworthy person to your alignment. Ask your friends for references. When I worked at a Nissan dealership there was a tech that always performed a "no tools alignment." When you returned a year later he would say that you must have hit a pothole or curb and knocked it out of spec. Look your tires over carefully when you rotate them. If you don't see abnormal wear and there is no "pulling", save your money and don't get it aligned.

I had the c2c drop then I switched over to sittin sic. I'm really thinking about going djm in the near future. I'll probably take my truck to get aligned when I have time.

Get the lifetime alignment. It's really worth it, especially if you have a lowered vehicle and like switching wheels.

I have djm up front and 1.5'' spacers.. I don't know if it's because of the spacers or that I'm lower than 3 inches but when I just had djm alone the alignment shop was able to keep it stock camber but now the best they can do is -1 degree.
