Changed My M/T Gear Oil

I changed the oil on the six speed today
I went with Redline Synthetic
70W-80, Aprox. two quarts.

IMO there really is a noticable difference.
in feel and smoothness in shifting.
I wouldn't say it is a night and day difference
but i can tell it shifts smoother.
Next I will do the rear diff.

I will also add synthetic motor oil to the engine after I hit
15,000 miles. I was told by a trusted mechanic
that the motor needs to break in before adding
synthetic.

No prob. BTW, I did the changes in oil in the trans and rear and found a slight improvement as well.

Changed mine also, but i couldn't really tell a difference but now i have a third gear grind when it's cold. Go figure. The only difference is I used MT-90, maybe i need to put the 70w-90 see if that helps.

Once again I'm experiencing smooth shifting noticable but not extreme
