Coupe has EPIC Customer Service!

Just wanted to show my appreciation for Coupe and the work he does for us and personally thank him for having the best customer service I have ever seen. Thank you Coupe!

My reason for starting this thread is that last week I was really looking forward to my new shift knob from the last group buy. It never arrived so I got in touch w/ Coupe and we figured out the issue and discussed the plan. After waiting to see if the shift knob would show up here or there, still no shift knob. Coupe immediately made it right! New shift knob will be here soon!

Coupe we really appreciate all the hard work that you do to give us these EPIC modz :blurock: though you may not hear it a lot we do! Thanks Coupe! Hope all is well @ home after last week I know you had a rough one. Prayers to you and your family! :top:

I second this. Coupe knows how he has helped me and I thank him for it. Awesome guy and awesome products. Most of the mods on my truck are from the coupster lol

The 1st time I bought from Him I explained that I was a victim of identity theft and fraud and asked if he would take a personal check. I asked that he deposit the check and wait for it to clear before he sent the knob. He worked with me so I could buy my shift knob. Not just a great vendor but a great product too.
