here is the story. well i just got back from concert in Tulsa and i had to stop for gas. its on the other side of the road, so at thenext stop light i did a u-turn. i thought i could make it, but i didn't, so i hit the curb hard while turning. when i get done fueling up i take off and noticed that steering wheel is not as stait as it once was and to make it a double whammy the alignment is off as well :motz: :banghead: . so do you guys think if i get a realignment, the steering wheel would go back to the way it was?

If something is bent, an alignment may not fix it completely.

I was being an idiot in the snow (doing donuts) with the car i drove before the xr (a honda element) and i hit a curb...
it was probably much much much more violent than your hit, but the point is that i completely broke the a-frame, bent the rear axel, broke an abs sensor, and messed up the brakes in that wheel.

so what im saying is that you really should look for damage bc hitting a curb can really mess things up

i did a 180 in two lane traffic and wound up plowing into a curb semi-sideways going about 20 and all i needed was an alignment...i think an alignment is fine.
