dash kit opinion

i wanted to know different peoples opinion on a dash kit for my xr,i wanted to go with eithre a brushed aluminum or a carbon fiber kit,the kit is a 26 piece kit from joshua tree and looks to be a nice kit. let me know which you would prefer.here is the scematic of the kit http://www.woodtrim.com/catalog_detail.cfm?prod=81060

I say CF, I would like to see how it works out if you do end up getting a trim kit. I have seen some that look good and other that just dont :laugh:

i had a yellow carbon fiber in my 99 protege and it looked good,i thought carbon fiber would go good with our interior colors, just my thought.here is a link to the pics of that kit in my car http://www.erebunicorp.com/custrides/protege99kevin.htm no crap about the washer lights, that was like 2 or 3 years ago :laugh:

I paid $170 for mine. Someone posted this pic with no info, I don't know who makes it. Wish I did.

yeah,that looks good,i ordered the same kit that topline x ordered but in brushed aluminum kit and hopefully should get it next week and i am custom painting a few interior pieces.

that is the kit that comes with the Tacoma X-SP package. u can get it from the dealer, but of course u know its expensive. they just made the X-SP in taco for 07 and will probably continue to make it now. its just like the tundra X-SP... 20 inch enkei wheels, LSD, leather or sport interior, X-SP badging everywhere including headrests and exterior emblems. its a pretty sweet kit, costs a lot through the dealer though.

I believe that kit comes on the Tacoma xsp found in the southeast toyota division

Actually I'm ordering mine later today....and I can't decide on either regular carbon fiber or in silver. I thought the silver might be a nice touch cause the trim is silver...:dontknow: ...What do you guys think??
