Amazing. Insurance companies are crooks. The only good experience I've had with an insurance company is with USAA.

I never put much trust in those immobilizers.. Theres no replacement for a good alarm, even then it just delays the theif.

In 95 my dad bought a 89 Vett (just like the article its the same generation and used Pass Key 1 or w/e) and the 1st thing he did was take it in for a top of the line Viper alarm. So now it has the stock alarm (a chip in the door key disables that) and the viper, lol. Its still possible to bypass that stuff but its all about delaying the theif.

thats crazy thats why i ALWAYS keep my truck in the garage or i keep my eye on it when i am out to eat..plus i got the viper alarm so it beeps me!
