how many times a week do you work out

just curious who here works out, either at all, or on a regular basis.

since the beginning of the year, i've been more focused about working out. i've been seeing some great results, which in turn motivates me even more to keep at it. i'm usually in the gym 5 days a week:top:

I try to to work out but some days when I'm super bored and got nothing better to do I'll do a little bit of a work out. Like maybe once a month if that. I got enough of it in the army so i say screw that sh!t now. And besides I like the way I look so it don't matter none, till I get fat:laugh:

I started working out in college...it lasted all of 1 day. :rolleyez: I am lazy like that

I work out 3 times a week. I have a room set up so I can workout anytime I feel up to it. Most of the time I wake up before work about 4am. If not I work out after work. It's tough sometimes to stay consistant everyweek, since I work in construction.

7 days of baseball. Yeah its good fun. :hmmmm2: I run about 20 miles a week. Its fun being a pitcher.

I don't know what you mean by working out but I go to the campus gym every night and run on the treadmills. I love it cuz it allows me to eat junk food all day but not gain any weight at all lol.

Just started working out again since the summer. It's a b***h the first two weeks, being sore all the time.

Use too... work is kinda like a workout for me... appliance business can get pretty physical :thumpdown:

3 times a week...it's "mandatory" in the air force!! i go on my own on some of the off days tho...

Used to a lot. A couple semesters ago I was at the track doing 3 miles 4 days a week. Lately I have been just so damn busy that when I do have time I'm too tired to do anything. I really do need to start doing it again because I put on 25 lbs since I stopped:thumpdown:

i havnt been able to work out since my car accident. not that i did much before the accident. i just got back to work so i can afford a gym membership now. 2 of my buddies have LA fitness so thats what ill use.
