I'm happy with the results:

My advice: don't wait until your headlights are this bad before using the kit...lol I used the old "WD-40" trick last year for my state inspection, but finally decided to do it correctly this year.

I saw a video on this kit. I have been using 3 inch sanding disks on a Griot's Garage G8 polisher. It's time consuming and labor intensive. I'm always looking for an easier solution. That looks pretty good what you did. How long did it take?

I always just polish with a cutting compound and a orbital high speed buffer on customers cars. If they are really bad i wet sand first. They come out looking like new but since the clear coat is gone, they usually start hazing again in a couple months

I'll give that a try. Mine aren't too bad. My girlfriend's Carolla is pretty cloudy. I just dread sanding. I'm getting faster at it, but still I keep hoping for a wipe on wipe of miracle solution.

Dont be afraid of the sand paper! Usually best to wet sand. If they are bad I use 1500, 3000, 5000. If they arent bad. You can start with 3000

BTW: Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish works great on your lights if they’re not too bad yet.
