Gauging Interest

Ok a guy I know, Andy, does tons of vinyl overlays and eyelids for various cars. On my corolla I have eyelids, red outs for my tails, then smoked tails (over the redouts), and fog overlays. The quality is top notch, he uses the 7 year kind so after several months it all still looks brand new.

Currently the stuff I have seen for smoked tails are the lund ones but they are pricey from what I hear. The smoked overlay for my corolla was only $40 and is just as reversable as a cover, you would just peel it off.

So I was talking to Andy about making some stuff for the Tacomas (I will post @ CT also). I know I want some stuff for my X and we wanted to see how much interest there it.

I am definately interested in some eyelids. A company made some eyelids for our trucks but the radiant red samples they sent me did not match the paint whatsoever. If your friend can get the vinyl to match the paint perfectly, I'm in.:top:

Well I got a RR truck so I will let ya know. Once he sees my truck or possibly may be able to tell for sure. He matched the moonshadow gray on the corollas perfectly and all the other stuff people tried didnt match perfect but he got it worked out. Im pretty sure he can do it but I will let you guys know when I know.

Anyone else interested? They are gonna be custom so we need some interest for it to be worth all time measuring and making them a perfect fit.

I tried getting eyelids done by a guy here where I live... but he required a minimum order of 30. I couldn't even get 10 orders over at CT back in the dizz-ay.

I'm down though. I have to buy from C2C though if Rob can pull it together. :biggrin: Gotta help a brutha out on his new business. :top:
