Ok so I don't know much about Speaker, sub, amps, enclosures, any of it really. So I was wondering if this set-up i got is any good. Ok for $400 I got:

1- JBL GTO1201.1 II 1200Watts
2- 10" Earthquake Subs DBXI-10D 1000watts
1- Digital Cap. thingy 1.0 something or other
1- Viper 560XV Auto Security & Remote Start System
1- head-uint touch screen singal din
and few few other little things not sound related.

Oh and if it is worth a Shat do i need to get a bigger alt. to run it? Now remember I got the bags and a underbody light. So if I had everything going would it be ok without a bigger alt?

That's decent system especially for the price. You shouldn't need a replacement alternator, the stock one will be fine. I would go for a better battery, yellow top Optima, before going for a higher amp alternator.
