Well this may sound silly but when my heater/ac is on the lowest setting the motor makes a terrible clicking. doesnt do it all the time, but most. Of course when my truck was still under warranty about 2 months ago it wouldn't do it for the tech. I pulled the motor out last nite to make sure nothing was hitting the blower wheel and its all clean. Started the motor up with everything apart and thats where its coming form. (even took it apart and lubed it) The only way to fix this will be with a new motor. Now my truck is out of warranty and i was wondering if you guys think they may still cover this since it was a previous issue. Heck, if they will just give me a new motor i will put it in. :hmmmm2:

Mine does this too. It sounds like there is a cricket in my cab! I was going to take it apart and lube it, but since you said that didn't work for you, it looks like I'll have to just take it in. VERY annoying!

Yeah... once you get everything out you can remove the cover from the motor but there really isnt anything to lube other than the two ends that the shaft glides on and i did that but it didn't help at all.
