I was wondering if anyone knew what the light bulb sizes are for the interior maps and the rear middle bulbs? I was thinking of upgrading them to the hyper white look...don't really care for the halogens...and yes they aren't just ricey. my friend has them in his older model taco and it makes a big difference

since we are on this subject already, I wanted to ask a question about LED interior lights. I bought an LED dome light bulb and put it in but it didn't work. Anyone have any clue why? Hope I'm not just being stupid.

mine looks kinda similar. But with less LEDs. Well I just put the LED light in. And turned the light on and it didn't work.

The size of the dome lights are t6 right? What about the other light in the middle when your door opens? The halogens are okay sometimes when i drop something i can't see anything in the shadows...

i had the same problem with my dome light and my friend said that LEDs have to be put on a certain way ... so try putting it in different ways ... if it dont work the way u putting it ... flip it around and see if that will work ... sorry if it was confusing ... but you get waht im sayin?:hmmmm2:

LEDs Light Emitting DIODE. I Diode is like a check valve for electricity, it will only work in one direction. Do your LEDs work when dimming or do they just go out?

Remember when halogens were the 'white' light compared to regular incandescent? LOL

We dont have flourescent map lights.
