So I finally stepped it up to HID's! Thanks again to SHOOK for the hook up with helping me install. I know they are plug and play but he helped me anyways. I got the XenTec 8000k HID's. Now I know why everyone that has or had HID's got them. :top: If you are considering it...DO IT! Here are some sort of crappy pics. Will get better ones later.

I am considering getting them for fogs too. Might be a little much. Still pondering on it. Any have them in fogs?

I have HID's in the fogs . . . . and trust me they are well worth it. All the spots that you have from the hid's in the low beams will be filled up by the fogs, also when you are on the center of freeway lat at night, the fogs help you light up the entire freeway from side to side, i feel like driving in video game at night with all the lit up lane reflectors . . . . . but for precise lighting i'm still trying to find a way to retro projectors in both the headlights and fogs

Retro's would be sick!!! Unfortunately I don't have Bi-Xenon HID's...so I only have a hight beam. Do you have pics of your lights at night? Wanna see how it looks.

MORT-how much were the HID kit?

I paid about $155 for them. I know it's cheap...but I bought them from someone on Ebay who had a huge lot of them. Normally they sell for about $299 or more. I don't know...they do the job. :top:

do you find the 8000k to be too blue?

Nah!...actually only during the ignition phase it's blue. After that it is sort of a pure white color. The camera for some reason makes it look blue. I LOVE MY HID's! Never gonna go back to stock lighting...that's if I don't get in
trouble.

Looks really good...very nice color.:top:

Thanks man! Nice job on your custom intake! :top:

Nice!!!:top:

Thanks Isaac! Dude! I wanns see pics of your B/O headlights! I think you and 07XR808 are the only BSP XR's that have them! Or at least that I know of.

8000k has a small amount of blue tint to it. The 6000k has no blue tint what so ever. 6000k you get a little bit more light than the 8000k. Personally...I went with the 8000k cause I like that little amount of blue tint. I might go with 6000k when my bulbs burn out. The 10000k I think is the bulbs you are talking about. They have a blueish purplish tint to it.
