First off I must say that I was suprised how little room there is behind the dash of these new tacos. The alpine w200 has the pac tr7 bypass, pac steering wheel interface, ipod cable and 2 pairs of RCA's. It took no lie about 2 hrs to get all the wires back there so I could get the radio to sit flush and snap in. As of now there is no power going to the speakers, I ran out of daylight :frown: . enjpy some pics, until I can get better ones.

Don't feel bad it took me about the same amount of time to mount up the double din flush. It's easy to mount in, but to mount flush it takes time. I had major problems mounting the trim piece, when the unit flip down it jamed on the trim. I shaved the trim and wrapped in carbon fiber. It looks good, those extra wires must of been a nightmare.

ya I also have the 500/1 in black  . The reason Im Modding so early is because Ive had this stuff for a while BNIB waiting to be installed. Makes it easier on teh wallet to buy over time. 21 Miles on the truck so far

It was a pain in the a$$. I dont like how I had to kinda jam it in there. I am probobally going to pull it out tomorrow and redo it, Im just anal about that kinda stuff, especially on a brand new truck.

When i installed my double din i rerouted the main wire harness to the side of the glove box... if you take out the glove box and look in where the glove box was u will notice there is plenty of room for all the wires... I might have to take some pics so you know where im talking about...

looks badass. I'll probably end up doing the same or something similar in mine. I'd really like both the DVD and Navigation capabilities along and I'm a huge Alpine fan. Good to see it sits right and looks good in our trucks

I can only imagine what its like trying to fit those wires back there with a double din... it was a real pain for me with a single

All those rca cables really get in the way, i coiled them up as best i could and put them in that little upper space behind the radio.

if you pull the center console out there is this small box for the airbags up front. I pulled all the rca wires tight and coiled them up and put them there. I will take some pics and show the mess I had and what I did to fix it tomorrow
