I was under the assumption that removing the 2 rear cats won't throw any CEL's. Is this just for a rare occasion that it does?

The rear cats will not. URD's product fixes when you remove the FRONT cats, and the REAR O2 sensors get errors from it.

So with this would it be ok to eliminate all cats for performance and add one high flow further back in the system to prevent stink..and no CEL?

Actually, Summit Racing sells something like that. It's a secondary O2 sensor signal emulator, I experimented with those things. Eventually, (like 2 months later) Throws a CEL. I wonder how the URD one will hold up.

mine got fried and had to get a new sim. Improper placing on my part. Hate CELs
