they're the pilot pedals. they were $13, i know cheap!! you can get em from pretty much any online truck store like stylinconcepts.com etc. They are the type that clip on top of the stockers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you get this type, make sure to clip the backside of the screws that come out from the back that touch the floorboard on both the acceleration pedal AND clutch pedal. I clipped them down to about 5mm and ground them down then put a small bead of hot glue on the end to make sure. The reason is because that in rare instances they can get stuck on the carpet=yikes.
ps: that blue stuff i didnt even realize. that's painters tape from a long time ago that must have stuck to my shoe lol.
