I hate selling stuff, I just don't have the patience for it. I would trade it in, take the hit, and move on to new things. But if your not in a hurry you can see what offers you get and who shows up to look. Plus you still get to enjoy it in the mean time.

It can be a lot of effort to de mod your truck, but in the end you will probably make more. Hard to sacrifice the time with work and family. Maybe do what madtrucker suggested. Put it up for sale and drive and advertise until it sales.
