I personally have the BT600. No DVD but everything else. I watch my porn, i mean my music videos while driving. Is it safe, nope. But I like doing it anyway. Go to WWW.AVIC411.Com. I flashed my memory with updated maps, customized my start screen to feature the Toyota insignia, and Apple icons. Also, you can by pass all that restrictive crap with simple programming instead of wiring crap if you're not familiar with it. I think all the Double Dash GPS systems use Windows CE. Which makes things a little easier. Also, all of the lights on the System rotate through to differentl colors which is pretty cool! At least I think. Also, one more thing. I have uploaded a add-on on the system to show me where all the Speed traps, cameras, etc are. It's pretty handy in Washington D.C. and all the other 30 states I've been to. Military life is good for the moving and those indicators of where the cameras are, work like a champ. Even tell you how far off you are from the camera itself...NEAT!

Idk if it will work on these but on my Pioneer X920BT you can make a bypass by popping the mute wire pin out of the harness and moving it one pin over and plugging it back in. Then ground the mute wire and parking brake wire together. Sounds crazy but I did it to mine and it worked perfectly. No relays or switches or anything. Im curious if it would work on these too.

My pics are of the "jailbreak" you can do with the Pioneer 600Bt series. It's pretty cool. I wasn't able to get a pic of the traffic camera indicators but it's there. And the Toyota insignia when booting up is pretty cool. Throws people off.

if you are trying to bypass a pioneer all you need to do is wire in a relay for the parking brake, its not very hard, all it is is remote wire for the power, ground, parking brake in and ground out

I got my 4300 all installed and I love it! easy to figure out and easy to use. The bypass worked out great and now i just need to order the PAS so i can use my steering wheel controls again. This is the first vehicle that I have been able to use my MP3 player in and that is really nice!
