Does anyone know if the red plasti dip with the glossifier is close to the factory red on an 06?

Wanting to spray the black piece in the bumper and the flairs but I'd like it to be close.... without spending $50 to find out.

Thanks guys!

I'd say just buy one can of each and do a small test area. It's plastidip it will come off it doesn't match and you'd only be out 20 bucks at the most.

Also for the black piece. Why not just remove it? It's painted underneath so there would be no need for paint or plastidip.

Yeah if nothing else i would do that. And in canada they are about $22 for color and $26 for gloss. Was just wondering if any one had tried it before I did.

And really? I didnt know that...

Yeah I'm not wanting to do the whole truck, and I'm not one for flat colors though they do look sick. I was just thinking would be easiest way to do what I want with it I just don't know if the red will match close enough to not look funny.

And thanks! very helpful if I decide to do that, like I just said though dipping it would be much easier... And can just peal off if I want black again, rather than having to take it apart.

Is that the red with glossifier? I'm guessing so cause they look pretty shiny. That looks close enough that I may just try it...

Googled and found it. Those do look close...
