does any one know where i can find a rollpan that looks good on the xr. perferably weld in.

grant customs does make one for the 05+ tacoma. But have yet to see it on the XR. I am trying to work with Cando Specialities to make one for the tacoma and XR also. One that would look good with the XR kit.
