I'm currently working with VBulletin support on the random 404 errors so hopefully they can help me get that issue resolved. In reading their forums - it's a common problem.

Well, right now I'm showing 35 people that are "Awaiting Confirmation." Meaning that they never got the activation email. I have a HUGE notice posted on the homepage to users that are awaiting confirmation --- a lot of places like Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, etc will send the activation email into the spam box....... and for some reason these peeps never check it. The only other option is to turn off the activation emails but then I run the risk of getting inundated with Spam Bots.
It's a problem I haven't quite figured a way around just yet.
