Within the past couple months, i have noticed that my steering wheel will violently turn to the left or right over un even pavement or bumps.
Over any type of uneven road the truck it self will turn in the direction of the road which is uneven. its quite a forceful pull on the steering wheel when this happens.

I have checked my wheels, and they dont seem to have any play in them when i jack up the vehicle.

I have also heard alignment could be a problem . but vehicle rides quite smooth over nice roads, and doesnt pull at all . also tire tread is even wear.

Any suggestions would help thanks

are you lowered at all? cause if you are its probably bump steer. also your alignment might be out causing your truck to have negative castor

When my tires get low on tread they tend to grab the road more like you are describing... like if you hit a small dip in the road on the right the truck pulls to the right.. or where two different sections of concrete have been laid and the seam has a groove it will ride on the groove. ..

Could also be due to excessive negative camber.
