Swapping climate control compatibility

found an 08 climate control for my 06.
I’m curious if it’s plug and play or if it requires some wiring mods like the all black climate control does from the later model years.

Anyone know?

What's the back look like? If I had to guess I'd say it'll plug right in.

I forget the year it switched but some plug right in but the hot and cold are opposite.

Ive read that the all black ones for 2012 up have switched polarity and you have to do some modifications. This looks like it would plug up. But I was unsure if it was affected by polarity change.

I have the same set up in my truck. Plug in fine hot and cold is opposite like @o0opackersfano0o said
