Thoughts on Auto Meter Dashlink

Are any of you guys out there running the Auto Meter Dashlink? Before I even start thinking about iPads, radios and connectivity I wanted to check around. The few reviews I've seen are not that positive and the last thing I want is another expensive never ending project. Thanks in advance for the comments.

This is the first I've heard of it. I have an old school Scangauge. Others like the Ultra Gauge. Can't help you with the Auto Meter...
