I have got quite a few PM's asking about moving my UCA's to help get my truck back into alignment after lowering it. A lot of you guys are experiencing the same issues with the C2C/XRC lowering kit. I lowered my truck 3 inches in the front which would be like lowering a XR 2 inches. You can only lower the base model 2.5 inches and still be able to get the alignment correct with the stock a-arms. And for the XR it's only 1.5 inches. This is why the lowest the SOS kit went was 1.5 inches, more than that and your chances of getting it aligned is not good.
I did this mod to CosmosX,az truck and it was a little different than my truck because of the XRstruts are alittle different than my base model struts. He put the C2C 1.75/2" kit on his truck and there was absolutely no adjustments left on the camber bolts on the lower control arm after alignment and he still had some pretty serious negitive camber (-3 degrees) . I even tried doing what has been mentioned about having the truck off the ground and pushing in the bottom of the tire with the camber bolts loosened and that did nothing for Cosmo's truck. I was only able to raise his arms an inch instead of 1.5 like mine. I compensated for this by also moving the mounting points outwards (towards the fenders) about 1/4-3/8 of an inch. After doing this Cosmo had no problems getting his truck aligned and his tires are straight.
Here is the CT thread with pics and some other peoples thoughts and concerns. I did this to my truck probably about a year and a half ago and have had zero problems. Ask Cosmo how it has worked for him for a second opinion. My opinion is it works.
Another fix instead of moving the uca's would be to buy just the upper DJM arms because they are longer than the stock arms and are built to compensate for the spindle moving up 3"
