Take a flat head screwdriver and pry up the round button on the top. Pull the button up and the clip will slide out.

To get the grill out there are two metal phillips screws and then two plastic pop-up clips. The pop clips come out by popping up the center. You have to pry under that round head enough so you can fit your finger nail under and pull that center up. Once the center is popped up you should be able to sqeeze the bottom and feed the clip out.

The headlights have two screws up top and a third under the turn signal underneath the front bumper cover. There is also a 10mm bolt that you have to get to from under the truck.

They are right next to the headlights. They actually are attached to the piece of plastic body that goes under the headlight.

I will tell you this - if you're doing the BHLM - when you go to remove the body molding directly under the headlights you will have to break the outside clips. After unhooking everything else - just give it a good pull toward the center of the bumper and SNAP!

The screw that is difficult to get to (headlight) you have to get to from under the truck. It is on the very outside of the truck/bumper on the inside. You can't see it - you just have to feel for it.

See here:

That circle ISN'T the screw. It's on the other side of where the circle is.

Take as much as you can that you can remove off the headlights then put a headlight at a time in the oven. Be prepared to do some prying and you might need to put each headlight in more than once to get them properly separated. I know I did.

hey thanks for all the help guys. I cant put the headlight back together without chipping the paint. The headlight doesnt quite fit should I reheat the plastic backing and the clear lens ? Will that make it go together easier?

It will fit in there without any heating, trust me. It just takes some gentle persuasion. Once you put the headlights together don't forget to add silicone around the edges. With all this rain we've been having the last thing you want is foggy black headlights!
