i was able to tighten my belt one notch, thanks to this new diet i'm sticking to... but i've also gained ~5-10lbs in mass over the last month.:top:

i'm so happy about this. it really makes me want to keep hitting the gym harder than the day before, just to see more improvements

let me also state that i'm now 6'1"/6'2" and 170lbs ± 2lbs and my waist is down to a size 33. back in mid dec. i weighed 160lbs ± 2lbs and my waist was a size 34.

the diet i'm on is eating healthy, but whatever i want (aka not limiting carbs at all) during the day. the part of the diet thats really doing everything is eliminating ALL carbohydrates from the last meal of the day (evening meal). it doesn't matter when i eat, as long as it has < ~10 carbs (ie. no bread, pasta, etc...)

this diet will not work if you are not working out hard though, as well as working out before you last meal of the day. this means that you are fueling your body for your workout with the carbs during the day, and your body is feeding off the fat at night instead of the carbs.
