Just thought I'd share my install. It was fairly easy removing the head unit and rear half of the console to get this done. The entire job took about 80 minutes. See pics of finished job and steps to complete below.

Steps:
1) Remove AC control panel. It is friction-fit and comes out with little effort once the prying begins. TIP: I used a wooden popsicle stick to pry the AC panel out so as not to scratch the dash or console. Disconnect the wires and get it out of your way.

2) Remove four bolts holding head unit (they are the four larger ones) and slide the entire head unit out. It is the whole center section of the dash board. Carefully disconnect the wires and get this out of your way.

3) Pop the shift cover off. It too is friction-fit and with a little care (and a popsicle stick) it came out with ease.

4) Remove rear half of center console. The two main bolts are hidden under the liner in the storage bin. There are two more screws under the shift cover panel that will allow the entire back console half to pop right out.

5) Disassemble the DF-TOY from the RCA input end.

6) Use the end cap of the DF-TOY as a template for drilling holes in the wall of the storage bin. I drilled each hole individually rather than opening one large hole for everything. This added strength to the final product.

7) Fish the wire that came with the DF-TOY through the dash and under the console. I removed the glove box to help in this area.

8) After holes were drilled it was a simple matter of mounting the DF-TOY to the underside of the console with the end cap on the inside of the console. The side wall of the console is sandwiched between DF-TOY's end cap and main housing.

9) Put everything back together again.

10) Pop open a beverage and enjoy the sounds of your MP3 player (or any other RCA adapted audio device) emanating from your stock head unit,
