Dude, thats sooooooooooooo nasty. I would die for that motor. Is it bad to pray for an accident so I can buy the motor.????:dontknow: :laugh:

think it would be an EZ swap?

I've been wanting to see one of these motors for this reason.

The 07 Tundras have an option for the 4.0, so I imagine the engine mounts must line up.

keep in mind, that would be a substantial weight increase to the front of our truck.

the 4.0 is a all alluminum block.

the bigger v8s are all Iron blocks. at least a 100-125lb increase, just in the block. the whole motor probably weights close to 200-250lbs more.

pretty sure i read that toyota listed the 5.7 as all alum too?
